A two years old Lambic without sugar added for the second fermentation. Carbonation too strong to be consider as a Lambic and not enough for a Gueuze, an hybrid beer.

Brewed in 90, bottled in 92 and made as an homage to Jean-François Vonck, a belgian revolutionary.
