Пиво Grolleau (2019) - Brasserie Cantillon

Grolleau de Cinq-Mars grapes had a 10-day skin contact maceration in oak fouder and were then pressed to extract all the liquid.
The grapes we’re dried before use, and have a bit fruity, nice bitterness, long after taste with a strong wine flavor. It was blended with 1-2 and 3 years old lambic.
