Пиво Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2019) (Apr-03-2019 bottling) - Brasserie Cantillon

On April 3rd 2019, we blended a batch of Gueuze for bottling, same as we always do. Typically, a normal Gueuze blend will start to carbonate after a few months in the bottle, but this one was a bit slower than usual. It eventually started to referment little by little, so not a true Loerik, just a Gueuze that needed a little extra time to fully carbonate. The result is a fine Gueuze, fruity and aromatic, that lingers on the palate.

We figured the release of this special Gueuze would be the perfect moment to also release our new Gueuze label. As usual, it was designed by our friend Ammo Amo.
