Пиво Vin Santo (2022) - Brasserie Cantillon

A collaboration between Tenuta di Capezzana & Cantillon. A blend with the pomace of Trebbiano grapes and 2 year old Lambic.
Before being blended with the lambic, the grapes were dried for 4 months on mats.
