With the Common Guitarfish we were aiming for a delicious easy drinking IPA - something stronger than a session beer, but not a full blown West Coast IPA. We ended up with a super drinkable brew that’s strong enough to take the edge off after a stressful day at work, and at the same time doesn’t make your head spin if you decide to smash a few of them. Strata, Mosaic and a pinch of Chinook hops give this beer a refreshing tropical and citrus kick. We kept the malt bill simple, to let the hops shine and give the beer a clean and crisp finish.
