Its bitter, not for everybody but really tasty and drinkable. Its a mix of pale and pils malts and a healthy dose of Chinook, EKG and our long lost friend Ernest. Fermented at 11C with Kolsch yeast gives it a clean and hopforward profile. Cheers to Jimi!
