A short fruit maceration and long barrel maturation of the fruitlambik brings the weighted average age of this strawberry lambik to more than 24 months upon bottling. The final fruit intensity is 750 grams of strawberries per litre of Aardbeilambik. All lambikken brewed by 3 Fonteinen.
