bottling date: 25/02/2022 • bottle count: 778 For this Druif, we macerated destemmed Sangiovese grapes (most) from the Siena region in Italy for almost five months on a small wine barrel. We used two-year old lambics originating from two different barrels and five different brews. We blended the grape lambic with some young lambik prior to bottling. The weighted average age of this blend upon bottling is almost 24 months. The final fruit intensity is 417 grams of Sangiovese grapes per litre of Druif.
