Bottling date: 08/07/21 For this specific Oude Geuze we blended lambikken originating from four different barrels and five different brews. Among the barrels, one Amontillado and one Oloroso sherry barrel. Of the lambikken, three were almost three years old, accounting for almost half of the blend. This way, the weighted average age of this blend upon bottling is almost 23 months. Two thirds of the blend are lambikken brewed by us. Of that brewing volume, almost half of the cereals were sourced in and around the Pajottenland. NL 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is een assemblage van lambikken van één, twee en minstens drie jaar oud.
