Bottling date: 01/03/22 For this Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken originating from five different barrels and eight different brews. More than 85% of the blend consists of oude lambikken, of which the oldest lambik was brewed mid-November 2018. The weighted average age of the blend hit 24 months upon bottling. Almost 40% of the blend consists of 3 Fonteinen brewed lambikken. Of those, almost 90% were brewed with Pajottenland grown cereals, from our own Cereal Collective. NL 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is een assemblage van lambikken van één, twee en minstens drie jaar oud. Spontaan vergist. Gerijpt op eiken vaten. Lange bewaring op fles. Ongefilterd. Ongepasteuriseerd. FR 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze est un assemblage de lambics d’un, de deux et au moins de trois ans d’âge. Fermenté spontanément.  Élevé en fûts de chêne. Longue conservation en bouteille. Non filtré. Non pasteurisé. EN 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is a blend of one-, two- and at least three-year old lambics. Spontaneously fermented. Matured in oak barrels. Extended bottle ageing. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.
