While the Muscat family features over 200 subvarieties, every region has it specific offspring of Mucat. This Golden Muskateller finds its origins in Italy, and is broadly used both in Austria and in Germany. Ours were sourced at Hoenshof, Limburg. We macerated the must for a good three and a half months before bottling the grape lambik straight from an ex-Bordeaux barrel to the bottle. The final grape intensity is 750 grams of must per litre of lambik. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
