Пиво Speling Van Het Lot X.xvi: Druif: Gewürztraminer Pomace - Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen

Blend n° 37 • bottling date: 16/03/2021 • bottle count: 312 For this druivenlambik, we used the pomace coming off a previous Gewürztraminer maceration. These incredibly aromatic and fragrant grapes, originating from Domaine Jean Ginglinger, Pfaffenheim, Alsace, France, were picked by our team at the end of September 2020. It was the difficult day after the closing party of the harvest season. One can imagine the hardships we had to go through! We macerated the pomace during three months on a five hundred litre ex-Bordeaux barrel. In terms of fruit intensity, it is a bit hard to define, as we put 250 litres of young lambik with 380 kilos of pomace, and we only took off 234 litres. We bottled this straight from the barrel. All lambikken were brewed by 3 Fonteinen. Thank you JF, Hélène, Arthur and harvesting team. We love you!
