Пиво Haze & Rain - Brouwerij de Molen

It is a great joy to see so many chef’s getting more and more enthusiastic about beer/food pairings. In the Netherlands we enjoyed inspiring beer dinings at ‘Dertien’, a superb restaurant in Rotterdam. That’s why we immidiatly said ‘yes!’ when chef Pepijn proposed a special brew to enforce this trend. We brew a hazy purple weizen - ish with elderberries. The pairings to go with this beer are much awaited! It’s name is a tribute to the legendary Jimmy Hendriks and Prince. Purple Haze & Purple Rain.
