Release September 7th 2018 at Vinmonopolet. German style dobbelbock aged in Bache-Gabrielsen Cognac Barrels. This is the second in a series of beers which combine the expertise of Bryggerhuset Pilotbryggeri and the Cognac house Bache-Gabrielsen. A malty and rich Dobbelbock aged for 10 months in Cognac barrels that previously held destillates used for Bache-Gabrielsen X.O. Cognac and 2017’s collaboration barley wine. After barrel aging, the beer has been hand bottled and labelled. The flavour will continue to evolve over time. This is truly a labour of love, and we are proud to share it with you.
