Juleøl Lussekatt-trippel is the second of Bryggerhuset’s annual «seven types for Christmas»-series. This beer is based on a Belgian Golden Strong Ale with additions of raisins, sugar, cardamom and saffron threads added during boil to emulate the taste of the Swedish baked goods “Lussekatter” (traditionally enjoyed on the 13th of December). The beer is brewed to develop over time and will continue to evolve well past the best before-date.
