This is a Chillhops Brewing specialty beer with biscuit, chocolate, and dehusked black malts that are infused with a bit of rye to create a beautiful, wintry roastiness with a touch of smoke at the back end to top it all off. To keep this winter creation as smooth as silk, we have used a delicious dark caramel that makes this beer super drinkable. Chillhops have brewed this bad boy essentially the same way as old dark ale. Happy holidays!!
