Bottled in 2018, Cigar City Brewing's Cyclopaedia is an Apple Brandy Barrel-aged Barleywine-style Ale. Enjoy in a snifter while poring over archaic tomes. Tasting Notes: An assertive nose of toffee, apple caramel cake and blackstrap molasses allows brief notes of chocolate and white oak. Spicy and viscous on the palate, Cyclopaedia offers flavors of bread crust and dark chocolate as a foil to raisin pudding flavors that sit front and center.
