Just over a year ago, the moon shone brightly enough to pierce through the mist, and light the edges of the woods surrounding Gage Hill Homestead, in south Vermont. Fireflies danced across the paddocks, treating us to a show, as we relaxed into the night – Leo was for eating them all, but did the alpaca even notice?

Aroma & Flavour:
Peach syrup, passion fruit and cantaloupe melon, balanced by resinous notes and zesty grapefruit

Body:
Full-bodied, smooth, sweet and succulent, with a soft mouthfeel

Aftertaste:
Juicy passion fruit and orange, low bitterness but with a pithy grapefruit character
