Gyle No. 429. Brewed with our good friends at The Bruery Terreux from California, this fruited sour was lightly soured with our house Lactobacillus culture and then fermented with JW Lees yeast. We then refermented on 200kg of Raspberry and 200kg of Passion fruit purée. 5.8%
