This beer is composed of a blend of five year old wild ales that was re-fermented on one kilo of apricot to every litre, resulting in a powerful and robust fruit presentation.
The funky aroma is enriched with scents of sweet apricot and ripe peach. On the palate, a light, bright body is met with complex acidity, a delicate blend of stone fruit flavours, and a subtle accent of oak wood.
