Hazy IPA w/ Citra, Vic Secret & Enigma Smooth silky mouthfeel with fresh tangerine upfront followed by pineapple, passionfruit and candied lemon. A new hoppy beer series that will serve as a bit of a playground to try some different things from a recipe standpoint that are outside the box for us. For the first in the series, we've upped the oats to well above our normal limits and have dropped the wheat from the grain bill entirely.
