Cowbell's first vintage Anniversary Beer Almanac 2018, brewed on opening day in August 2017, then matured in the black Anniversary fermenter until its launch in August 2018. Some of this English Barleywine was also matured for 10 months in bourbon barrels - this cask, right from the barrel, has freshly toasted pecans added to it for a nutty and rich addition for an already succulent beer.
