This kettle sour uses wheat in the mash and has lovely lime flavours coming through from the brewing process. We add 300kgs of raspberries, which blend beautifully with the berliner, bringing out the raspberry tartness. The result is a delicious, low alcohol, refreshing sour beer for the lead in to summer.
