A continuation of our exploration into using Sabro early on in the brewing process. This DIPA had a late boil addition of Sabro, with more Sabro and Idaho 7 in the whirlpool. This minimises the coconut aspect of Sabro, and brings out lots of lemon flavour, both pithy and juicy. The dry hop was a bit more typical for us; Mosaic BBC for lots of squishy ripe fruit and some dank undertones, and Ekuanot Cryo and Idaho 7 bring more bright tropical fruit over the thick oaty body.
