Walking A Fine Line is a vegan fined hoppy pale ale in our usual style (but subsequently bright!). We brewed this beer as a collaboration with Pig's Ears Beer Ltd. after Ben and Theo had discussed the differences in the presentation of flavours, aromas, mouthfeel and texture that might occur with dropping out some of that beautiful DEYA haze. And here she is - Mosaic, Amarillo and Simcoe, plenty oats, a blend of two strong ester producing English ale yeast strains ~ Big, bright, clean tropical fruit and dank hoppiness.
