Approaching Entropy: 002 is a blend of some of our favorite barrels with no other adjuncts or funny business going on. We blended stouts aged in Old Fitzgerald bourbon barrels, Stranahan’s whiskey barrels, Plantation rum barrels, & PX sherry barrels and the result is greater than the sum of its parts.
