Barley Thinking is our first new beer of 2020 and our first Barley wine as well! This is a dangerously smooth and well-balanced barley wine that was made using the first runnings of a Parti-Gyle. Dry-hopped with experimental hop HBC472 which brings citrus & grapefruit like aromas to the forefront with a backnote of more earthy coconut/whiskey flavours.
