Centennial and Chinook hops in the kettle are joined by Simcoe, Amarillo and Mosaic dry-hops for piney, dank citrus notes. A clean malt character is used for balance in this delicious American IPA. Killwood refers to the pine trees being affected by the bark beetles in our local forests. We have utilized rescued killwood in our taproom and in our tap handles, using wood that would otherwise go to waste and bringing it all Full Circle.
