We teamed up with our spooky friends from Barreled Souls to cook up something special for Halloween. We decided on a flavor profile drawn from the glorious nostalgia of salted peanuts and caramel corn. Caramel Jack was brewed with a variety of roasted, smoked and caramel malts, blackstrap molasses, and caramelized dark brown sugar. Post-fermentation, we conditioned this hefty stout on a massive pile of roasted, salted peanuts. The result is an oasis of caramelized, chocolatey, salty and savory decadence, perfect for these crisp Autumn nights.
