We delicately sprinkled citrus forward hops into a light blonde ale, then finished it with the Central American fruit Lulo, which has a mix of Kiwi and Orange like characteristics. Notes of honeysuckle and summer flowers lead into complex fruit notes and a hint of acidity. Welcome to Hippo Island!
