We're continuing the space series and we dropped Simcoe, Motueka, and Vic Secret in this one. We upped our hopping rates throughout this beer (including kettle additions) creating a super bright hop character up front that carries through the entire beer. This TIPA is all pithy lemon-lime with a super smooth finish at 9.5% ABV
