UNCLE HERSCHEL'S TRIPLE STRENGTH IPA took our hopping rates higher than they've ever been and yielded a big, tasty treat. Brewed in collaboration with our buddies at Flying Machine Brewing down in Wilmington, we threw in Ella for the mid-fermentation hop addition and then bombed with Citra and Galaxy for our final dry hop.... the results were about as you'd expect, super rad!
