BROOKLYN 1-1-1 DOUBLE INDIA PALE ALE ABV: 8% • IBU: 42 • SRM: 7 • OG: 17.8°P Brewed exclusively for Wegman’s to celebrate their first NYC store, #111. Pours pale hazy orange in color, with full head of white foam. Aromas & flavors of dank tangerine, melon and pineapple burst out of the can, with a full bodied but still dry finish. Pilsner and Vienna malt base, jammed full of oats and wheat, and fermented with our house yeast. Hopped in the kettle with Cashmere and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and a double dose of Cashmere Cryo lupulin dust.
