Mixed culture golden ale aged on Riesling must in barrels for 10 months and then aged on NY grown Bosc pears from Migliorelli Farm for a month. Aromas of early season pear and apple. Palate follows the aroma with wild pear cider flavors from wild yeast contributed from pear skins, with touch of malt sweetness and a light and dry finish. Bottle conditioned five months.
