Bright, spritzy, and fruit-forward. Dry, but juicy. Brewed with pilsner and white wheat malt, fermented with a blend of Sacch strains, Lactobacillus, and Brettanomyces. Conditioned for 4 months to allow the tropical Brett character to develop, then dry-hopped with Mosaic and to add complementary pineapple and mango notes.
