First collaboration beer we made. It's with our friends and partners in crime - Aslin family. Bogans and Hops is a tribute to our shared love of Australia, our common sense of staying down to earth / kicking back few cold ones and using a lot of quality hops! Bogans and Hops is a hybrid of Double Orange Starfish and Oppaque - created on Aslin's OG equipment that we now call ours. Significantly oat and rolled wheat forward grain bill with a super soft mouthfeel. Balanced by hand selected hops - timely addition of Citra/Nectaron/Strata in the whirlpool, followed by ridiculous doses of the same hops during fermentation (cold side).
