Pillowy oated and wheated grain bill with a soft finish. Balanced by hand selected hops - timely addition of Mosaic/Galaxy/Motueka in the whirlpool, followed by daring doses of Mosaic/Galaxy/Motueka during fermentation (cold side). Oppaque is a series of Hazy Double IPAs that showcase farmer direct hops whenever possible that we source from around the world.
