Pillowy oated grain bill with a soft finish. Balanced by hand selected hops - timely addition of Strata in the whirlpool, followed by daring doses of Strata, Nectaron and Motueka during fermentation (cold side). Oppaque is a series of hazy double ipas that showcase farmer direct hops whenever possible that we source from around the world.
