A blend of 6-month foudre-aged Belgian saison and strong ales, aged for 10 months with Meyer Lemons in Roussanne/Semillon barrels from Woodinville's Novelty Hill Winery. Beautifully tart and dry, slightly Brett funky with a gentle kiss of oak, followed up by a sweet creamy lemon tongue twist with a lemoncello-esque aromatic snap.
