Cheers to 2 years! We created a very special brew to celebrate our second year of business: a bourbon barrel aged sour conditioned on blackberries. Inspired by a bourbon blackberry smash cocktail, this is our first beer of its kind…and a sign of things to come. Aged four months in Heaven Hill Distilleries “McKenna 8 year” barrels in our lakeside tasting room, this beer presents a soft pink hue in the glass. Take note of the bourbon oak aroma and a lightly carbed velvety texture. Blackberry notes throughout, with a dry finish.
