Kayon mountain coffee, from the Guji zone in Ethiopia was specifically selected for this beer. With aromas of blueberry, apricot jam and papaya it blends perfectly with this big juicy IPA. We opted for a light roast and a cold brew infusion, to limit the roasted notes and max out the fruity elements.
