Distrito Federal, the former name of the capital of Mexico, was inspired by the Paloma cocktail. The beer boasts a unmistakeble citrus character from the trifecta of grapefruit, Jeju pomelo, and Jeju 하귤. As the citrus fades the flavor of 홍고추 and slowly building spice of 청양고추 takes over and presents a uniquely Korean twist. Aging on tequila soaked oak spirals combines with just a touch of beechwood smoked malt to return to the cocktail's roots. Even at 7.5% it is still an enjoyable sipper for warm summer weather!
