We took our base Elliot blueberry mead and aged it in a wonderfully fragrant fresh-dumped gin barrel for 9 months. We’ve become pretty big fans of what gin barrels can do to big fruited meads, and once you taste this one you will understand why. Flavors of blueberry, orange blossom honey, juniper, coriander and oak make for a harmonious marriage of taste that will dance across your palate.
