Carbonated session mead with black currants, red currants and cherries (Stevnsbær). This product is made without any addition of water, as we instead added local plum- and apple juice to spent fruit from our mead production -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Circularity is our series of products utilizing fruit that normally would have been just thrown away / treated as food waste by following a linear economic model (take, make and dispose). We use so much fruit in our meads, and to obtain a product of the highest quality we don`t press our fruit dry of liquid. This wet fruit, still containing tons of flavor from both fruit and honey is used another time to create the products in this series.
