In 2020 we brought this beer back. But we missed this beer already. We missed it so much that we had to bring it back to you guys in 2022. We hope you're as happy to see it again as we were to make it once more. But what did we do to the recipe to make it even better? Well, here's our changelog of Mexicake 2022: Upgraded ABV to 11% Revised mouthfeel and thickness Added 1.5% smoked malt Single Origin Cocoa Nibs from Mexico (supplied by the singular Krak Chocolade) +50% Cocoa Nibs used 4 different Chillies used (Ancho, Arbol, Chipotle & Guajillo) Mexican Vanilla!
