Пиво Green 5 - Moor Beer Company

"Green 5 is our interpretation of one of my favourite beers of all time Bear Republics Racer 5. Racer 5 is 7.5% west coast IPA. Green 5 is a 5% west coast pale ale. The interesting thing about Green 5 is the hopping regime, with most hops at the beginning and middle of the boil, rather than the end which we believe is where we get most flavour impact. We trialled on our lager more hops at the beginning and middle and the hop character shines through more than when we changed it to end hops. So we are hoping that this will be the same for Green 5. We used cascade and chinook in the boil, dry hopping with simcoe, centennial, chinook and yellow sub."
