Пиво Inna Di Morrows - Narrative Fermentations

We used Gambrinus Pilsner malt out of Canada which is one of the leanest and most pale malts on the market. We also used some dextrose (corn sugar) to bump up the abv to 10.5% to keep it as dry and lean as possible in order to let the hops take center stage. Speaking of hops, we added Mosaic & Nelson to the whirlpool at 2#/bbl to make it nice and grippy and then loaded it with more of our hand selected Mosaic & Mosaic Cryo along with some killer Nelson & Nelson CGX (lupulin pellets) from Hop Revolution out of NZ at a rate of just over 5#/bbl.
