The first release of our new sour base with a fresh and juicy dose of Blueberry added right before canning. A traditional base, heavy in malted wheat and barley, along with a novel blend of 2 different bacteria, a unique yeast strain, and a West Scandinavian Kviek. Expect gentle citrus and orange tartness backed up with a sweet, fresh blueberry finish.
