RIGHTEO! As you may know, our head brewer Andy Crocker is about as Australian as they get. This results in the whole brewery staff speaking in ridiculous, butchered Aussie accents on the daily. As obnoxious as this may be, these over-the-top imitations are the creative engine for many of our new beer names. NZ Rakau, NZ Moutere, and Mosaic hops create flavorful notes of apricot, grapefruit, and pine that pair beautifully with a medium, pillowy body, and low-to-no hop bitterness.
