Lambic 23/03/2017 This (now 18 month old) lambic was created at the same time with eg the one from demi-muid 42. The only difference being the container the lambic is in, the difference in taste must come from the demi-muid used. Demi-muid: a French term for 600-liter capacity oak barrels, typically used in the Rhône Valley. These ones were used in the wine industry in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape region.
